1. Who provides ZocoPilot
ZocoPilot is founded and operated by Sumit Kumar Mallik.
In these Terms, “ZocoPilot,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sumit Kumar Mallik operating under the ZocoPilot brand.
“You” means the individual using the service or, where an authorized individual accepts these Terms for an organization, that organization.
These Terms do not represent ZocoPilot as an incorporated company.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a service.
If you accept for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Where we present an acceptance control during registration or checkout, you must accept these Terms before completing that process.
We do not treat merely displaying a footer link as a substitute for obtaining agreement where affirmative acceptance is required.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a service.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
3. What the service provides
ZocoPilot provides the features actually made available through its website and any applicable order or checkout description.
Current website-scanning features inspect selected publicly accessible resources and apply technical checks.
Depending on the enabled feature, this may include retrieving a public homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt, or structured data.
Planned features, prototypes, illustrative dashboards and roadmap descriptions are not included in a purchase unless expressly included in the applicable offer.
A feature described as available must be genuinely available. These Terms do not excuse a misleading product description.
4. What results do not establish
Technical checks, scores, generated explanations and sampled responses are information for evaluation.
They do not guarantee:
- Search rankings or indexing.
- Inclusion in an AI-generated answer.
- Recommendations by a particular provider.
- A particular number of citations or brand mentions.
- Website traffic, leads, sales or revenue.
- Compliance with privacy, security or other legal requirements.
A result from one provider, model, API, interface or recorded run does not establish what another provider or user will see.
Where results contain automated or third-party information, they may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.
Our descriptions and reports must still accurately identify the method and scope used.
5. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity you authorize through your account.
Notify us promptly at hello@zocopilot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not share access in a way that bypasses purchased limits or gives unauthorized people access to private information.
You are not made automatically responsible for activity caused by our security failure merely because it occurred through your account.
We may take proportionate steps to investigate suspected compromise, including temporarily limiting access where necessary.
6. Website submissions and scan permissions
Submit only URLs that are lawful for you to submit.
Public access to a website does not give you ownership of its content.
Do not submit:
- Private access links or signed URLs.
- Passwords, API keys or authentication tokens.
- Internal network addresses or restricted endpoints.
- Confidential customer material.
- Content you are not permitted to disclose.
- URLs intended to exploit the scanner or reach another system without authorization.
Where a feature requires site ownership or administrative authority, you must have that authority.
A public scan does not authorize changes to the target website. You remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing any changes you choose to make using the information supplied.
Do not use the service to harass website operators, impose unreasonable load, evade access restrictions or investigate systems unlawfully.
7. Your content and our limited permission
You retain any rights you hold in information and materials you submit.
You give us a non-exclusive permission to process that material only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain and secure the requested service, comply with law, and perform the agreement.
This is not a transfer of ownership.
Submitting a third-party website does not grant us rights that neither you nor we otherwise have.
We do not obtain permission through this clause to publish your confidential information, use your name as a testimonial, or train general-purpose models on private submissions.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
If a future feature intentionally publishes content or creates a shareable report, its public scope and relevant controls must be explained before publication. These Terms do not create blanket consent to expose account activity or cross-user histories.
8. ZocoPilot materials and report use
We or our licensors retain applicable rights in the software, interface, original documentation and other ZocoPilot materials.
Subject to these Terms and the purchased plan, you may use the available service and results for their stated purpose.
You may share a lawfully obtained report with colleagues or relevant advisers for evaluation, subject to confidentiality, privacy, third-party rights and any clearly disclosed plan restrictions.
Do not misrepresent a limited technical result as an independent certification, provider endorsement or guaranteed performance outcome.
White-label distribution, resale, bulk republication or access for additional customers is included only where expressly offered.
Third-party website material, citations and provider outputs remain subject to applicable rights and restrictions. ZocoPilot cannot grant rights it does not hold.
9. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Use the service unlawfully.
- Access another person's account without authorization.
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits or purchased usage limits.
- Submit malware or exploit payloads.
- Attempt to extract secrets, credentials or private information.
- Interfere with the availability or security of the service.
- Create fake accounts to evade restrictions.
- Use results deceptively, including fabricated endorsements.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
- Use automated access beyond an expressly available and authorized interface.
- Sell unauthorized access to the service.
Security research should not involve unauthorized access to personal information or destructive testing. Contact us to discuss authorization before conducting testing that could affect the service.
10. Third-party services and AI providers
ZocoPilot may rely on hosting, authentication, payment and other third-party services.
Features that use a third-party model or search service must be labelled according to the actual provider and method.
Provider availability, supported regions and applicable restrictions may affect a feature.
You must not use the service to bypass applicable provider restrictions or legal requirements.
We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us. The involvement of a third party does not automatically remove those obligations.
Gemini-based functionality is planned and is not promised as part of the currently available service unless expressly made available.
No relationship with Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity or another provider implies sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless specifically and accurately stated.
11. Free and development-stage features
Free and explicitly identified experimental features may have usage limits and may change or be withdrawn.
They are not suitable as the sole basis for critical business or security decisions.
Calling a feature experimental does not excuse misleading descriptions, unlawful processing or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may apply reasonable limits to protect availability and prevent abuse.
12. Orders and pricing
A paid purchase is governed by the plan, price, billing interval, included usage and material restrictions presented before purchase, together with these Terms and applicable seller terms.
Review that information before paying.
Taxes, currency and additional charges must be disclosed as required before purchase.
We will not use these Terms to impose an undisclosed usage fee or retroactively increase an agreed charge.
An organization-specific written agreement may vary the relevant commercial terms. Its precedence must be stated in that agreement.
13. Dodo Payments checkout
Where Dodo Payments is identified at checkout as merchant of record, it acts as the seller for the payment transaction under its applicable buyer terms.
ZocoPilot supplies the underlying product or service.
The applicable checkout must clearly identify the seller and any additional transaction terms before purchase.
Dodo Payments buyer terms: https://dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms
This arrangement does not excuse ZocoPilot from delivering the service it promises or from obligations that applicable law places on it.
For product or billing assistance, contact hello@zocopilot.com and include the order reference where available.
14. Subscriptions and cancellation
A subscription automatically renews only where that arrangement, the billing period and the applicable charge are clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase.
You may cancel future renewal using the cancellation method provided with your purchase.
If that method is unavailable or fails, contact us promptly at hello@zocopilot.com. We will assist with the relevant provider.
For an ordinary end-of-period cancellation, access normally continues until the paid period ends unless a different lawful arrangement is clearly disclosed or you request immediate termination.
Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. We will not knowingly continue charging for a service after a valid cancellation has taken effect.
Any legally required cancellation facilities, notices or timing requirements must be provided.
Price increases for future renewals require appropriate advance notice and any consent required by law. You may cancel before the changed renewal takes effect.
15. Refunds and mandatory remedies
Refund rights depend on applicable law, the product description, the terms clearly presented at purchase, and the applicable seller's transaction terms.
We do not impose a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule.
Contact us if you believe:
- You were charged incorrectly or twice.
- A renewal occurred after cancellation had taken effect.
- A purchased service was not provided.
- The service materially differs from its description.
- You have another applicable refund or withdrawal right.
We will investigate and coordinate with the payment seller where needed.
A discretionary refund is not guaranteed simply because a request is made. However, this does not limit mandatory remedies or rights.
Any consent required to start supplying digital services during a withdrawal period, and any lawful effect on withdrawal rights, must be handled separately and clearly. Acceptance of these Terms alone is not treated as automatically waiving such rights.
16. Changes, suspension and service closure
We may change the service to improve it, address security issues, comply with law or respond to provider changes.
Where a change materially reduces a paid commitment, we will provide appropriate notice where practicable and the remedy required by the agreement or applicable law.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary because of unauthorized use, a security threat, non-payment or a material breach.
Where safe and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it.
We will not knowingly continue renewing a discontinued paid service.
If we permanently stop providing a prepaid service for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will provide an appropriate refund for the unused period, subject to mandatory law and coordination with the payment seller.
Data export and deletion depend on the features and processes actually available and must be communicated accurately. This clause does not permit indefinite retention contrary to applicable privacy requirements.
17. Service limitations and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or a particular commercial outcome.
This does not exclude:
- An express commitment in an applicable paid order.
- A description the customer is legally entitled to rely on.
- Required standards of reasonable care or service quality.
- A mandatory statutory warranty or consumer remedy.
We do not provide legal, tax or professional security advice through an automated scan or score.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other protected claims.
Subject to that rule, for users acting in a business capacity:
- Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent legally excludable.
- ZocoPilot's total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of:(a) the fees paid for the affected ZocoPilot service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or(b) USD 100.
These proposed business limits apply only to the extent enforceable.
They do not override mandatory privacy, security or consumer rights. If you legally qualify as a consumer, any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law protecting you.
A lost-profit claim is not automatically excluded merely because it is labelled lost profit; its legal treatment depends on the applicable law and circumstances.
19. Disputes and governing law
Contact hello@zocopilot.com with a description of a dispute so we can attempt to resolve it.
This informal process does not prevent you from seeking urgent relief, filing a privacy complaint, exercising payment-dispute rights, or acting before a legal deadline.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
Any dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive foreign forum on a consumer.
Where applicable law gives you non-waivable local rights or access to local courts, those protections remain available.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change.
For material changes affecting an existing agreement, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain renewed acceptance where required.
We will not treat a silent website edit as automatically authorizing new charges or waiving mandatory rights.
The updated effective date will reflect the actual approved version. Changes will not apply retroactively to remove rights already accrued.
21. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.
A transfer of the business must not unlawfully reduce existing rights or remove applicable privacy obligations.
No employment, partnership or agency relationship is created merely by using the service.
